Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for multiple IT Project Managers to join the team of one of their mid-level clients in the Insurance industry located in Livonia, MI. These candidates will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time, and should be a seasoned professional within the Project Management skillset.

· Specific Responsibilities:

o Manage diverse project teams which may include a variety of cross-functional resources such as developers, quality analysts, business analysts and project sponsors

o Define the project schedule

o Manage project budget, scope and risk

o Provide status to all levels of Project and Executive team members

o As Scrum Master, coach the project team in Agile approaches to project execution

o Facilitate project ceremonies

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or IT related field of study

· 7+ years of experience as a IT Project Manager

5+ years managing projects within Agile environment

Some experience as a Scrum Master

· Expertise with Microsoft products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

· Strong experience with Jira or Rally

Experience managing multiple projects at once

Preferred:

· Experience within Insurance industry

· PMP or PMPACP cert or any Scrum Master cert

· Any hands on technical experience

Any experience with Automation tools or projects
