Job Description
Day to Day:
This role supports the Product team implementing a new agent‑sold product intake solution, driven by a new external vendor integration.
The bulk of the workload will center on:
• API integrations
• Data flow and system‑to‑system requirements
• Coordinating between internal teams and external vendors
Specific Responsibilities
• Lead story mapping sessions with business and project teams
• Create process flows and personas to drive clarity for story cards and artifacts
• Partner closely with the Product Owner on strategy, priorities, and product vision
• Document requirements via user stories and manage backlog organization
• Balance business and technical analysis to support sprint planning and execution
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
• Support QA, development teams, and vendors throughout delivery
• Validate technical deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Identify non‑functional requirements (usability, monitoring, security)
Proactively support overall initiative quality and delivery success
Compensation: $40/hr to $44/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Qualifications:
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies, highly proficient in JIRA
• Proven background in:
○ API and integration requirements
○ External vendor coordination
○ Cross‑system data flows
• Experience with:
○ Story mapping
○ Personas
○ Process flow documentation
Insurance industry experience strongly preferred
