Quality Engineer

A client of Insight Global in the Lansing, MI area is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team! This individual will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving quality issues on assembled vehicles as they come off the line. This role partners closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier teams to perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions. The position ensures vehicles meet established quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on evaluation of finished vehicles are critical to success in the role. This is a fully onsite position.

Compensation: $42/hr to $47/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. - 5-7 years of quality engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills (Red X Methodology experience preferred)

- Automotive supplier quality experience
- Professional or personal automotive experience
