Job Description

A large pharmaceutical company is looking for a Process Instrumentation & Controls Technician. This person will be responsible for daily PM schedule, but mostly in charge of emergency based troubleshooting and repairs for all field devices. This person will be responsible for 50 buildings on the site, which contains over 1,000 instruments needing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibration. They will be responsible to ensure instruments are providing accurate readings of temperatures, pressures, flow sensing, oxygen levels, and vapor recovery.



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience

GED or Associate's Degree (preferred trade in instrumentation controls)

Experience with instrumentation controls calibration for flow pressures, PH levels, temperatures, pressures, water circulation and other field devices

Experience with instrumentation preventative maintenance schedules and emergency based troubleshooting and repairs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Pharmaceutical, GMP environment, Food industry experience, Oil & Gas, or Nuclear Energy background

Journeyman Instrumentation license

Electrical engineering background- union electrician
