A client of Insight Global in Chattanooga is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join a pre-fabricated open-air shelter manufacturer based in Holland, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for engineering, administrative, production, and skilled trades positions and will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This individual will take a proactive, results-oriented approach to recruitment that supports the companys overall talent acquisition strategy. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycleincluding sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitationfor technical and skilled roles critical to operations.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
Demonstrated years of success in recruiting, ideally within engineering or manufacturing sectors
Solid understanding of recruitment strategies and a variety of sourcing methods
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Skilled at juggling multiple job openings and shifting priorities effectively
Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Familiarity with technical terminology and job functions in engineering and manufacturing is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
