Job Description

A large aerospace and defense client of Insight Global is looking for a Power Integrity Specialist to join their team in Grand Rapids, Michigan for a three-month contract. This person will be responsible for conducting power integrity analysis to ensure stable power delivery to all components. This includes performing PI analysis, developing and implementing PI solutions, and collaborating with design teams. Daily tasks include working on schematic diagrams, participating in pre-layout and post-layout PWB reviews to ensure power integrity, ensuring proper routing of traces to maintain power integrity, and verifying that PCB drawings meet power integrity standards.

Compensation:
$30.00- 35.00/hr

Exact Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of Power Integrity analysis experience
Proficiency in Mentor Graphics HyperLynx and ANSYS

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience with Cadence Sigrity, ANSYS Slwave, and MATLAB is desirable but not required
