Job Description
As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and overall plant performance. You will apply data-driven methodologies to identify bottlenecks, support continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance production flow. This role requires strong technical acumen, independent judgment, and a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Engineer, you will support plant operations through process optimization and continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:
• Analyze throughput improvement (TIP) data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process enhancement
• Optimize manufacturing processes by reducing bottlenecks and constraints across production lines
• Conduct time studies and apply continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity
• Develop and maintain process layouts and documentation using AutoCAD
• Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to plant personnel and leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and leadership teams to implement improvements
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and drive waste reduction efforts
• Monitor and evaluate process changes to ensure measurable improvements in performance
• Assist in standardizing best practices across operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and support a culture of continuous improvement
Pay Range: $32-40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred: industrial engineering)
· 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering roles
· Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives (especially time studies)
· Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience supporting machining operations
· Exposure to lean manufacturing processes
