Job Description

Insight Global is in search of a Quality Engineer for one of its largest clients in Grand Rapids. This position will be responsible for leading the management review process and overseeing all domestic manufacturing facilities. You will be the key communicator of customer quality requirements to our global supply chain, ensuring compliance during the APQP/PPAP process. You'll provide leadership in document control, implementing and monitoring best practices in change management. This position will require data driven metrics, support root-cause analysis and process improvements.

Insight Global offers full benefits and paid time off. The salary for this position is in the range of $75,000 - $100,000 based on previous experience and an end year performance bonus is included.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical domain
- Six Sigma certified
- Strong background with APQP, FMEA and process improvement standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
