Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Donor Services Admin for a Catholic non-profit organization in Detroit, Michigan. The Donor Services Admin will be working onsite and will be reporting into the Donor Services Director. The shift is Monday-Friday (no weekends) from 9:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST.
The Donor Services Admin is responsible for processing all data and donations related to Development activities. This person is also responsible for communication and interaction with donors and benefactors of this non-profit organization.
Main responsibilities include:
· Provide phone coverage for in-coming phone calls per phone schedule and respond within 24 hour
· Process and record all gift and pledge transactions (cash, checks, credit card, lockbox)
· Process web and manual credit card transactions for donations and events to ensure gift information in Raiser’s Edge database is reflected accurately.
· Process acquisition mailings and create new donor files.
· Maintain the integrity of the Raiser’s Edge database.
· Maintain and update accurate donor/benefactor information in the database.
· Respond with appropriate acknowledgement as a receipt of donation according to department guidelines.
· Maintain a high level of accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality and customer service support.
· Acknowledge special occasion/memorial cards to benefactors.
· Process and issue receipts for cash donations.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of administrative experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong Data Entry Skills within documents and spreadsheets
Excellent verbal communication, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
Comfortable complying with Province and ministry policies, procedures, guidelines and standard
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Raisers Edge Software
Bilingual in English and Spanish
