Job Description
Our Family Primary Care client is seeking a detail-oriented and fluent bilingual (Spanish-English) Medical Scribe for a 3-month contract to assist with backlog charting and documentation. This role is critical in supporting providers by accurately transcribing patient encounters.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately document patient visits in real-time during clinical encounters.
• Translate and transcribe patient-provider interactions for Spanish-speaking patients.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical records in EclinicalWorks.
• Collaborate with providers to maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation.
○ This role will be heavy in catch-up work
• Assist with coding and billing tasks if experienced.

Required Skills & Experience
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1-2 years of experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical setting.
• Experience in medical coding or billing is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with EclinicalWorks EMR systems.
• Coding and billing experience.
