Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Analyst in Detroit, MI. The Analyst is a multifaceted professional responsible for performing a wide range of analytical, research, and project management duties in support of operational, financial, and strategic objectives. This role requires knowledge of public administration, financial operations, research methodologies, and change management principles. Under general supervision, the Analyst conducts comprehensive analyses, develops financial and operational models, and manages or supports key projects. This role requires a blend of independent initiative and teamwork, contributing to the formulation of policy and process improvements. The position plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and advancing strategic priorities across departments. Required Skills & Experience

 Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required
 Minimum 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, budgeting, grants, project management, or public administration
 Experience in process improvement, data analysis, and project coordination
 Proven ability to research, collect data, and prepare clear reports and presentations
 Experience working collaboratively with multiple departments and managing deadlines
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment
 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization/reporting tools
 Familiarity with governmental regulations, budgeting, or financial principles preferred
