Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Quality and Triage Engineer to join the team at one of our automotive clients. This candidate would be responsible for determining the root cause analysis for connectivity related issues with their vehicles. They will be leading the initial triage issues for vehicles that are already in the field. They will read the CAN or vehicle logs in Jira and figure out what went wrong with the vehicle. Once this is determined they reach out to that engineering or software development team to resolve the problem. They must be able to read CAN logs and have an interest in resolving highly visible issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience working as an engineer, software developer or quality engineer
3+ years of experience triaging with CAN and Cloud logs for vehicles
Understand full triage lifecycle
Experience working in a client facing or executive facing role
