Your day will typically involve collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones to understand requirements, design test strategies, and implement robust automation solutions. Youll write and maintain scalable test frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, while also developing and executing advanced GraphQL and REST API tests. A significant portion of your time will be spent troubleshooting issues, analyzing logs and metrics via tools like Dynatrace, and validating data integrity using advanced SQL queries. Youll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, integrate automated tests into build processes, and participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards. Additionally, youll work closely with DevOps and cloud teams to manage test environments on GCP and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers, staying current with emerging tools and trends in test automation, and continuously improving testing practices to support high-quality software delivery.
