Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a CUIC Database Engineer to support one of our clients out of Dearborn, MI. This engineer would be joining the Contact Center Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) team that is responsible for supporting the company's contact centers globally. The CUIC team supports the Contact Centers reporting and intelligence processes through the Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Google Cloud Platform. This engineer will be responsible for providing solution options for business requests, supporting the existing Contact Center platform and dependent components, and assisting Contact Centers business processes.
Compensation:
$45/HR to $50/HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
