Job Description

Seeking a Kubernetes Administrator to join our client's team in Dearborn, Michigan.

This team is collectively responsible for the platform that supports the entire software
development lifecycle. As an individual, you will bring deep expertise in one or more of these domains while collaborating with teammates who have different specializations.
-Platform Development and Maintenance: Design, code, and maintain a robust software delivery platform using Infrastructure as Code, treating our platform as a product.
-Automate the Developer Experience: Develop and manage sophisticated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like ArgoCD, Tekton, and Concourse.
-Engineer for Scale and Reliability: Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm, with a focus on performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
-Develop Automation & Tooling: Write tools in Go and Python to improve system stability and developer productivity, automating manual work wherever possible.
-Champion Security and Compliance: Implement and automate security best practices to safeguard our infrastructure and applications.
-Ensure Operational Excellence: Participate in on-call rotations and apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to maintain system health and drive continuous improvement.

$50/hr - $68/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
