ITSM Analyst - INTL - Chennai, India

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ITSM Analyst to support IT operations through data-driven insights and reporting. This role focuses on analyzing service management data, building dashboards, and improving operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITSM platforms, data visualization tools, and project tracking systems.

Must Haves:

3+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role within an ITSM environment.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik Sense for data analysis and visualization.
Experience using Jira or equivalent tools for task and incident tracking.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Plusses:

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.
Exposure to automation tools or scripting for reporting enhancements.
