Job Description
Work hands-on with the team and other stakeholders to deliver quality software products that meet our customer’s requirements and needs. • Collaborate directly and continuously with Product Managers and Technical Anchor and work with Data Engineers to release early and often. • Help GDIA Partners understand our iterative development approach and focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization. • Mentor and train other Data Engineers to help them learn agile methods and build skills. • Help innovate and iterate on agile processes and share our learnings. • Ensures Software Engineering excellence (e.g., best practices and quality) is achieved within product team. • Clearly communicate technology strategy and vision to team members and stakeholders • Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric perspective • Work in a Pair Programming environment by growing technical capabilities / expertise and provide guidance to other members on the team
