Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Release Train Coach who will work closely with multiple teams over 3–9 month cycles to accelerate agile maturity and improve delivery efficiency. Their focus will be on training, process improvement, and leveraging data and tools—especially Jira—to identify scalable, self-sufficient practices. They will run workshops, create custom training content, and pull insights from team dynamics and delivery metrics. About 70% of their time will be spent directly with teams, while the remaining 30% will involve synthesizing learnings to develop reusable frameworks and strategies. This role is not technical but is centered on optimizing how teams collaborate to deliver customer value from ideation to production.

Required Skills & Experience
-5–8 years of experience in Agile coaching or Agile Release Train leadership.
-Strong hands-on experience with Jira for data analysis and workflow optimization.
-Proven ability to lead agile transformations and coach teams through scaled agile practices.
-Experience creating and delivering custom training content and workshops.
-Fluent in Spanish/ English and based in or near Mexico City for on-site collaboration.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
-Experience working with large enterprise environments
-Familiarity with Agile tooling ecosystems beyond Jira.
-Background in data-driven coaching and agile metrics analysis.
-Ability to adapt coaching style to different organizational cultures and team dynamics.
