• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Chair weekly project meetings to ensure effective communication across internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
• Prepare and present detailed project status updates, dashboards, and business reviews to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and resolution plans.
• Partner with solution architects and technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
• Lead and motivate cross functional project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct post project reviews, capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Support post implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and collection of client feedback.
• Manage projects across global teams, collaborating across multiple countries, cultures, time zones, and languages.
• Potential initiatives include enterprise and commercial software implementations such as Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, HRIS, ERP, WMS, and other strategic platforms.
