Job Description

This role manages all aspects of recruitment in North America and supports recruitment activities across the global regions when needed. The Recruiter is responsible for recruitment and candidate experience excellence, while continuously improving the processes and tools used in recruitment. The Recruiter reports to the HR Director, North America & Corporate.

Lead the full cycle recruiting process for Dayco in the US & Canada, from gathering job requirements through the pre-employment process.
Collaborate with HR team members and business leaders to assess current state talent needs and align them to business objectives.
Develop and optimize effective recruiting, sourcing and interview tools.
Foster relationships and works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external resources and relevant talent networks.
Maintain recruitment metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
Consult on applicant tracking system upgrades.
May perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in professional recruiting, with experience working with executive level hiring managers.
A bachelors degree in a related field.
Experience using sourcing tools and engaging passive candidates.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, adaptability skills and the ability to influence.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A self-driven individual who is productive working remotely and independently.
