Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join a busy outpatient cardiology practice. This person will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing check-in/check-out processes, scheduling appointments, handling incoming calls, verifying insurance information, and supporting overall front office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer service and organizational skills.

Experience answering high-volume phone calls
Knowledge on insurance
Scheduling and appointment management experience
Strong customer service skills
Experience working with EHR systems
Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Cardiology or specialty clinic experience
Experience with Phreesia
Insurance verification experience
Experience collecting copays or patient payments
