* Oversee and manage a team of 8 skilled tradespeople, ensuring accountability and performance standards are met.
* Utilize the work order system (Hexagon, similar to SAP) to enter and track work orders electronically.
* Monitor high-volume equipment, understanding the urgency of maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
* Conduct regular assessments of team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes autonomously.
Foster a culture of accountability by articulating performance expectations and providing constructive feedback.

* Proven experience managing a union skilled trade workforce.
* Proficiency in work order systems, particularly Hexagon or similar platforms.
Strong background in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably in food, automotive, or pharmaceutical industries.
