Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a HR Coordinator. This person will oversee the recruitment and management of seasonal employees. This role is responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and execution of all aspects of their seasonal program, including coordinating the full employment lifecycle such as interviewing, onboarding, scheduling support, performance evaluations, policy and expectation guidance, and offboarding. The coordinator partners closely with the HR team and serves as the primary point of contact for seasonal employees to ensure timelines, processes, and communications are maintained. This position is also involved with onboarding activities and maintains accurate records across multiple systems. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $17-21/hr. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of previous experience in HR and administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook. Excel and other systems
