Insight Global is looking for a Software Technical Program Manager in the Auburn Hills, Michigan area. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of software-focused platform products and their development. This role includes overseeing parts of the Digital product roadmap and driving cross-functional programs from start to finish. You will be working in a highly collaborative group of seven to ten people as well as communicating cross functionally with several other teams.
Other Responsibilities:
Collaborates with application developers, architects, scrum masters, user experience architects, user acceptance testers, and quality assurance testers to deliver exceptional mobile app experiences.
Ensures the delivery of cross-functional programs by removing obstacles, identifying risks, planning resources, and aligning priorities between Product and Engineering.
Represents the Software Program team in daily agile scrum meetings, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning sessions, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog refinement & grooming sessions, and Product demonstrations.
Manages analytics and performance reporting for new digital features.
Supports the Software Engineering Roadmap.
Coordinates with key marketing team members on communication programs to raise awareness and drive usage of the mobile self-service channel.
Identifies emerging trends and stays updated on the pet industry and connected home products.
Conducts project retrospectives to identify areas for process improvement and proposes relevant changes for implementation.
Compensation:
$140,000k/yr to $160,000k/yr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- 1+ years of experience in IoT and/or embedded software and/or other smart home solutions
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience with IoT devices and an understanding of how they function
- Experience in social networks and mobile applications
- Not required to have pets, but highly recommended
