Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the establishment and governance of a newly formed Project Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a Business Analyst mindset or prior experience bridging the gap between IT teams and business stakeholders.
The Project Manager will work closely with enterprise stakeholders, department representatives, and IT leadership to manage project intake, scope initiatives, and ensure alignment with broader enterprise IT considerations. This individual will play a key role in driving visibility, prioritization, and governance across projects while ensuring PMO frameworks integrate smoothly with existing infrastructure and team dynamics.
Compensation:
$38/hr to $43/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience working within a PMO environment
• Hands‑on experience implementing a PMO within an organization that did not previously have one
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
• Ability to scope project requests and translate business needs into actionable plans for decision‑making
• Business Analyst experience or mindset, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and user provisioning environments
• Strong understanding of team dynamics, dependencies, and infrastructure alignment
Experience with Okta, AAA authentication, and access/accounting systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting IT or enterprise‑level projects
Comfort working with multiple teams and different personalities
Prior exposure to project tracking, reporting, or basic governance processes
Familiarity with common project tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or similar)
Experience working in a hybrid or partially onsite environment
Background in business analysis, operations, or process improvement
Higher ED background
