Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager who will work closely with stakeholders and department representatives to guide the development and governance of a newly established PMO. They will manage the intake and scoping of project requests, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT needs to support informed business decisions. The PM will drive visibility and prioritization across initiatives, oversee project selection and approval processes, and maintain accurate tracking and reporting. Additionally, they will consult with end users to ensure PMO frameworks integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and team dynamics..

Required Skills & Experience

-Proven experience working within a PMO environment.
-Hands-on experience implementing a PMO in an organization without one.
-Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
-Ability to scope project requests for business decision-making.
-Experience with enterprise IT considerations in project planning.
-Proficiency in MS Suite and user provisioning environments.
-Understanding of team dynamics and infrastructure alignment.
-Experience with Okta, AAA authentication, and access/accounting systems.
