Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a strong project manager mindset to help bridge the gap between business and IT. This role sits at the center of project intake, prioritization, and execution, helping bring structure, visibility, and clarity to enterprise initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who can work comfortably with business leaders, understand how work actually gets done, and translate unclear requests into realistic project plans and technical solutions. This is a great fit for a BA / Project Manager hybrid who enjoys building structure where one didn’t previously exist.
Compensation:
$38/hr to $43/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Business Analyst experience with ownership over initiatives or projects
• Strong project management mindset (formal PM title not required)
• Experience working within or supporting a PMO environment
• Ability to take unclear or high‑level requests and scope them into actionable work
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solutioning
Comfortable working in user access or provisioning‑related environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience helping stand up or mature a PMO
Background in environments with limited structure or evolving processes
Experience working with enterprise IT teams
Higher ED background
