Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for tickets that come into the queue, will be the first person to get the initial triage, understand what the agent or user request is. Make determination from information on ticket. Once they understand, then route the ticket to where it needs to go. If there is something they need to preform, simple tasks they can handle. Small items can do some technical stuff themselves.

Required Skills & Experience

- Level 1 ticketing system experience

- Knowledge of programming languages or cloud environments, preferably Azure

- Patience, communication skills
