Job Description
Our client is looking for a Product Specialist to manage all Mitsubishi VRF Commercial business within their market, along with ductless M&P (residential and light commercial) products. This role will focus on supporting sales growth by consulting with mechanical contractors, providing product specifications, system selection, quotes, and project design using Mitsubishi tools and resources. Day-to-day includes traveling throughout the territory to cultivate new business, supporting and training sales and branch teams, acting as a liaison between vendors, management, and customers, and partnering closely with the Business Development Manager to drive market growth, meet sales goals, and support other Product Specialists within the region.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software tools such as Salesforce, Bluebeam, and Mitsubishi DSB design software (training provided)
• High sense of urgency with strong interpersonal, communication, business, technical, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable source of transportation; must be comfortable driving to onsite daily
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Engineering degree
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi HVAC products
• HVAC industry experience
