Job Description
Our client is looking for an Inside Technical Support Specialist to develop strong working knowledge of Mitsubishi equipment, controls, and applications while supporting commercial, design-build, and residential projects. This role partners closely with contractors and customers to ensure successful project execution, smooth system turnover, and effective owner training. This individual will communicate equipment operation and troubleshooting guidance via phone, email, and other channels, while also supporting outside technical service specialists with customer inquiries and field workload. Strong technical aptitude is required, including the ability to read wiring schematics, refrigeration circuit diagrams, blueprints and related documentation to resolve both routine and complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of technical experience in the HVAC industry
• High school diploma
• Solid understanding of airflow principles and hands-on experience using standard HVAC tools and equipment
• Working knowledge of HVAC control systems, including DCC and BMS systems and how they operate
• Strong technical background in HVAC service, installation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new software tools such as Salesforce, Bluebeam, Mitsubishi DSB design software, and MS Office (training will be provided)
• High-urgency, self-motivated team player with strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of ductless and VRF systems
