Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to join the IT organization of a prestigious higher education client. This role will support the rollout and ongoing operations of a document management project across multiple campuses. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and implementation of new processes.
This position is ideal for someone with a service management background, strong communication skills, and a passion for operations and support. The role will evolve to focus more heavily on service management, post-implementation support, and cross-functional coordination. This is a remote role but will require the ability to come onsite once a month for meetings and potential travel to campuses.
Compensation: $20/hr to $22/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in operations and service management support
Exposure to project management methodologies and tools
Experience supporting applications in production, including post-implementation metrics and service performance tracking
Background in customer support/service and incident/request management
Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks and knowledge article creation
Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
