Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to support Engineering Operations by actively managing and contributing to work across R&D process governance, KPI management and prioritization, tool administration and validation, validation automation planning, change control, integration testing coordination, and design validation tracking. This role requires direct execution of tasks in addition to driving work through Scrum/Kanban boards.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in regulated R&D environments, with availability for a minimum of two hours overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).
Compensation:
$8-10/hr

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering operations.
Proven hands-on execution experience (not coordination-only).
Strong experience with Agile tools and Scrum/Kanban boards (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience with KPI definition, tracking, and reporting.
Experience supporting tool administration, validation, change control, and automation planning.
Experience in regulated R&D environments (medical device, SaMD, life sciences preferred).
Ability to overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) by at least two hours.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with SaMD / medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 82304-1).
Familiarity with design validation, integration testing, and test automation.
Experience supporting audits or inspections.
Background in software, systems, test automation, or quality engineering.
