Our client is a medium sized insurance company with around 300-500 employees headquartered in Waltham, MA. The client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their team immediately. This BSA will work side by side with the Director of IT as the team develops a new website. The team the candidate will be joining is responsible for all the technology for three sales organizations and one marketing organization who handles sponsorships, venture capital, corporate communications, and special projects. This candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements and being the liaison between the development teams, business partners and external technology venders to join the teams overall goal of coming up with new solutions that will better the business. Other responsibilities include: helping drive project through the design, UX development, quality assurance, training and implementation phases. As well as work cross functionally across multiple agile teams to support business initiative, and help with incident response for vendor technology. 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical/requirement gathering skills
Experience in an Agile environment
Great communication (personality is huge here)
Professional experience working with customer facing technologies (ex. Salesforce)
Willingness to travel ~ 1x per quarter to Boston or Indianapolis
