Job Description
As a member of the Sensor Test Solutions department, the candidate would be part of a team which is responsible for the design, integration and deployment of test equipment. We deploy our test equipment to our factory in Andover, MA, as well as depot facilities located both domestically and internationally. Our project teams are made up of engineers with a broad range of electrical engineering expertise and experience in fields such as RF, Power, Digital, and Analog. In addition to these different fields, all our engineers are responsible for the development of both hardware and software.
Key deliverables for this role
• Test station & fixture designs (Electrical schematic capture & PCB design)
Execute assigned technical tasks in a team-setting
Support any scheduled project meetings
Report progress periodically (daily, weekly, etc.) as required by the project lead.
This position requires an ACTIVE Secret clearance.
It will be on site 5 days per week, in Tewksburg MA

Required Skills & Experience
o Bachelors degree in STEM
o Active Secret Clearance
o Minimum of 5 years of experience
o Electrical Test Instrument/Equipment experience
o Power, RF, Digital Logic, Analog circuit knowledge
o Automated Test Software development experience
- Automated test software (C/C++/C#, LabView, TestStand)
- ORCAD and/or Cadence Allegro for PCB design, experience in any of the following: Power, RF, Digital Logi
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with project leadership, project cost and schedule management, i.e. EVMS, MS Project
- DoW (DoD) project development life-cycle processes
