Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and facility operations within a distribution center environment. This role oversees maintenance teams, drives safety and operational performance, manages budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains the reliability of equipment and facility systems. The position is heavily focused on preventative and predictive maintenance, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
This is an on call 24/7 based role aligned with technician schedules and supports a highly automated, fast-paced distribution environment.
Compensation: $126k per year. Benefit packages for this role include:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Experience managing maintenance teams
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance
- Experience supporting conveyor systems
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Budget management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with robotic systems
- Experience in distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities
- Experience tracking maintenance metrics and KPIs
- Experience developing and mentoring technicians
- Experience in a 24/7 operational environment
