We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team at a detox clinic in Springfield, MA. As an RN, you will be instrumental in providing clinical care and emotional support to individuals undergoing detoxification. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patients throughout the detox process.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and detox protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and behavioral health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients in recovery.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience
• Experience in substance abuse treatment, detox, or behavioral health settings.
• Familiarity with detox protocols and withdrawal symptom management.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
