Job Description
One of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Management & Transformation based out of their Somerville, MA office.
This individual will need to be highly strategic and an execution-oriented Vice President of
Enterprise Transformation & Delivery. They will serve as a key leader within the IT
organization and a critical operational partner to the Chief Information Officer. This role is
responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation execution, portfolio governance,
enterprise application architecture, and cross-functional technology delivery across the
organization.
This organization provides leading enterprises in the higher education, life
sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors with diverse services and
expertise to assist them with compliance management. They aim to

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer. This position will be fully onsite for
the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the
manager and Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-wide technology and business transformation delivery initiatives.
• Operationalize Triumvirate’s Value Based Operations (VBO) governance model.
• Manage the enterprise technology and transformation portfolio.
• Lead Enterprise Application Architecture strategy and governance.
• Facilitate executive governance committees and portfolio reviews.
• Drive cross-functional program delivery and execution rigor.
• Lead strategic vendor engagement, RFPs, and systems integrator management.
• Support talent pipeline development and organizational scaling.
• Partner with executive leadership and Business Process Owners (BPOs).
• Ensure technology investments align to highest-value creation opportunities.

The annual compensation for this role is $300k with 60k bonus potential.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology delivery,
transformation, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience establishing and leading governance and portfolio management
processes.
• Strong experience with enterprise application ecosystems including ERP platforms
and integrations.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading vendor evaluations, RFPs, and systems integrator management.
• Strong understanding of operational scalability and value realization.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
