Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technician to work onsite in Shrewsbury, MA at a large life science company. Their main responsibilities will be to ensure all products are properly calibrated and perform preventative maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume environment and be able to follow standard procedures and regulations. This person will need to be detail-oriented and work independently to successfully calibrate each medical device while also being a team player. Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2 years of experience working in an equipment maintenance or equivalent role

- Experience working in a laboratory or warehouse environment

- High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working in manufacturing as an assembler or technician

- Prior customer service experience

- Experience working in a team environment
