Insight Global is seeking a Lab Systems Validation Engineer to support a top pharmaceutical and medical device client. This individual will play a critical role in validating laboratory IT systems and ensuring compliance across a wide range of lab instruments and applications. The engineer will partner closely with laboratory SMEs, IT, and quality teams to manage instrument master data, author validation documentation, and support system deployments in a highly regulated environment. Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in a regulated industry
Hands-on experience with software validation in regulated environments
Strong understanding of SDLC validation principles
Experience authoring validation documentation (test plans, reports, impact assessments, etc.)
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience coordinating with cross-functional lab stakeholders
