Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Audit analyst to support their client. The preferred location for this role is MA or PA, but open to remote candidates. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Audit Scheduling:
Coordinate with Sales Consultants and third-party audit teams (WIS)
Host pre-audit calls and finalize audit schedules
Communicate scheduling and credentialing requirements
Inventory Reconciliation:
Compile and analyze inventory count data
Present variance summaries and identify reconciliation actions
Post results in ERP system before SOX deadlines
Retain audit records and support documentation
Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Commercial Ops, Field Sales, Finance, Distribution, Legal/Compliance, and Customer Service
Educate sales force on audit processes
Reporting & Compliance:
Support internal and external audits
Generate ad hoc reports as needed
Comply with company policies and procedures
The compensation for this role ranges from $25 to $35 an hour depending on experience, education and location.

Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in data analysis or audit-related roles
Experience working with large data sets
Strong data analysis skills
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially:
Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
Outlook
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in medical devices or healthcare data
Prior exposure to inventory auditing
Experience working with field sales consultants or commercial teams
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit documentation
Ability to tell a story with data and resolve discrepancies
Background in banking or other regulated industries (audit/data-heavy)
