Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator for one of their top financial services clients. This person will act as an extension of the Project Manager, supporting the uplift of project management processes within their organization. This role will coordinate across multiple stakeholders and help drive governance, reporting, and workflow modernization efforts.


Key Responsibilities
Act as a project coordinator supporting the PM across all workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Facilitate project progress and communication for the workflow tool replacement project to ensure successful advancement.
Coordinate governance activities, ensuring all projects meet compliance and risk management requirements.
Assist in tracking progress, managing timelines, and updating project documentation.
Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure smooth progress during the ongoing project.

Pay ranges from 30-40/hr based on qualifications and years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: Entry to Mid-Level (2–5 years) as a Technical PM
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Tenacity, self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Excel.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Financial services industry experience
- Familiarity with Fluid or similar workflow tools.
- Exposure to governance frameworks and SDLC processes.
