A large retail & commercial bank is looking for 2 Release Managers to join their digital banking team. The role is responsible for release management for the digital banking products. As a background, the bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast in the US. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities.
They will be work with different US teams responsible for various verticals like onboarding, security, payments, etc and have direct communications to these teams as these teams own software/functionality. They will also interface with the software development teams in Spain and the PMs for the digital bank because they know when functionality goes to production. In addition, they will interface with QA as well to know functionality /tests progress and make sure all pieces match. They will communicate with Product deployment, and change management teams as well and provide all necessary documentation to their manager and co-CIO of Digital Transformation.

- 3-6+ years in Release Management or Change Management
- JIRA
- Previous Santander background and understanding of Change management process
- experience planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing the process of releasing software updates
- coordination and communication with various IT departments/teams
- point person to software development teams to ensure timely delivery of releases
- strong documentation skills
- AWS deployment experience
