Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Tech III to support day‑to‑day, reactive maintenance needs within a facilities environment. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with a strong background across multiple trades who is comfortable working independently to address building and workspace issues as they arise. The role focuses on general maintenance, light construction, and repair work to ensure a safe, functional, and well‑maintained facility.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation: $__25__/hr to $__30___/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Required Skills & Experience
2–4+ years of hands‑on experience in facilities, maintenance, or general trades
Strong working knowledge of multiple trades (generalist background)
Proven experience working with wood and performing carpentry tasks
Comfortable with hands‑on repair work in an active environment
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 9–6 on‑site schedule
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or Facilities Technician
Background in construction or building maintenance
Experience working in commercial or office environments
Familiarity with facilities work
