A large retail & commercial bank is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Platform & Delivery Management team. The role can be hybrid remote at the Quincy MA office or Miami FL, 2 days onsite and 3 remote. The candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish. The bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities.
The candidate will be responsible for driving vulnerability remediation efforts from the CIO perspective, working in between infrastructure and Infosec. They currently have many servers that are past due on vulnerability management and they need to figure out who will be owning these and clean up the CMDB so that servers can be grouped together accordingly and then remediated for patching. They will also be helping to determine priority of remediation to send of the teams to complete and the schedule in which these should be addressed. Again, at a high level they will group off the servers, determine what needs to happen and when for pre and prod and then coordinate with the Mexico infrastructure team or InfoSec to complete the remediation. This role will not be doing the hands on vulnerability work but rather working as a middle-man between infrastructure and infosec to ensure proper communication and ownership of these issues. For example, sometimes they are finding issues within a Citrix server and it is notifying as one manager in the Top 10 of critical vulnerabilities but in reality they only own a small portion as their are also other VDIs in play owned by other individuals. This role requires critical thinking and strong communication to ask the right questions.
Compensation:
$58/hr to $62/hr.
