An employer is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a robotics company in Massachusetts. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be pivotal in enhancing the development and operational workflows within our innovative robotics company. Your responsibilities include:
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and integration processes.
Code Deployment: Manage and deploy code to alpha sites, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and optimize pipelines to facilitate efficient development and deployment cycles.
Testing and Streamlining Activities: Conduct thorough testing and develop streamlined processes to enhance system functionality and performance.
Automation: Drive automation initiatives to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Technical Problem Solving: Address straightforward technical issues at the component level with tested, maintainable solutions.
Team Agility: Enhance team agility through design, automation, development, testing, or operational improvements.
Risk and Mitigation: Identify risks in designs, propose mitigation strategies, and make informed trade-offs to solve defined technical challenges.
Software Development: Develop software for small tools and applications, ensuring code is logical, tested, and maintainable.
Technology Solutions: Develop technology solutions that are simple to start with potential for optimizations, efficiencies, or scaling.
Documentation: Write clear, accurate, and concise documentation for all processes and solutions.
Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting to mitigate issues, minimizing team or customer impact.
Simulations and Metrics: Conduct simulations on robotics or equipment performance and publish metrics to monitor program effectiveness.
$50/hour to $60/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
