Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Director or Senior Manager of Creative Operations to lead and optimize a global creative workflow supporting multi‑channel marketing and product initiatives. This leader will oversee creative project management, resource planning, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure campaigns move efficiently from early concept through go‑to‑market delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions‑driven operator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can balance strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.

Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of experience in creative operations or project management.
2–3+ years of people or program leadership preferred.
Lead day‑to‑day creative operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Oversee project planning, intake, prioritization, and integrated timelines across global and regional workstreams.
Maintain governance and workflow standards within project management tools (Wrike preferred).
Partner with Creative, Marketing, Production, and Product teams to align workflows from briefing through GTM execution.
Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and freelance support, including budget tracking and risk escalation.
Provide clear communication, reporting, and program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead and develop a team of Creative Project Managers, fostering a collaborative, accountable, problem‑solving culture.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proven success managing multi‑region creative campaigns and product‑driven programs.
Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end creative lifecycle, from concepting through packaging, demand gen, and GTM readiness.
Proficiency with project management platforms (Wrike preferred).
Ability to solve problems independently, anticipate risks, and drive solutions forward.
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience managing resources, freelancers, and budgets in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Comfortable adopting new tools, including AI‑enabled creative or PM platforms.
