The EHSS Manager leads environmental, health, safety, and security programs for a manufacturing and distribution site. This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives environmental reporting, builds effective safety programs, and strengthens a proactive safety culture across operations.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading environmental reporting and regulatory compliance
Hands on EHSS leadership experience supporting both manufacturing and distribution operations
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and sustain safety procedures, policies, and site-specific programs
Strong background in leading safety initiatives, risk assessments, and incident investigations with corrective action ownership
Experience driving safety culture improvements through engagement, training, and leadership influence
Ability to partner with operations, contractors, and leadership to standardize safety practices and improve performance
