Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated hands-on Installation Technician to join a collaborative team supporting healthcare facilities across the Greater Boston area. This role involves the installation, servicing, and maintenance of patient lifts in hospitals and other medical environments, typically in construction environments. Each day begins with a team meeting, followed by group travel to hospital or medical sites where the team will complete installation and maintenance tasks. Local travel is typically within a 2-hour radius, with potential opportunities to travel outside of the state (at most 20% of the year). The working hours are 7am-3pm with OT available. The salary ranges from $58,000 - $62,000.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Knowledge and Experience: recent Tech/Trade school grad OR recent mechanical, construction, or carpentry background
Comfortable with hands-on manual labor, as well as heights and ladders
Willing to travel a radius of 2+ hours around the Greater North Boston Area and Greater New England areas
Experience with tools such as: hammer drills, cop saws, band saws, tape measures, line lasers, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
OSHA 10, able to obtain it while working for them
Experience reading blueprints, layouts, and drawings
Skills in measuring, cutting, and drilling for installation purposes
Understanding of basic electrical connections and safety protocols
