Job Description
This role works closely with a cross‑functional team to support program execution. Partnering with the Program Manager, the team tracks progress, manages risks, and escalates issues to leadership when needed.

Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including building project plans and presenting recommendations to leadership
- Proven functional leadership experience; this role is not an individual contributor
- Experience with C++, medical device software, and Class II or III regulated products (capital equipment, embedded systems, implantable devices)
- Background supporting embedded Linux and application‑level software development
