Hybrid Data Scientist-Gurgaon India

Insight Global is looking for a Data Scientist based in Gurgaon India to join the analytics organization at a global medical device client. This candidate will be supporting a compliance initiative and will be the lead data scientist overseeing algorithm buildouts. This candidate will be collaborating with the data engineering team to source and clean the data. This will work closely with stakeholders to understand the specific requirements and will create algorithms based off of those specifications. The technology landscape includes: data bricks, python, SQL, snowflake and Azure. The ideal candidate will be local to Gurgaon and open to coming onsite with the team. The is a 6 month contract with the potential to convert to fulltime.

Pay Range is $20 - $24/hr.

- 5+ years of data science experience
- Statistics or mathematics background/degree
- Strong technical experience with snowflake, azure, data bricks, python and SQL

- Healthcare or pharmaceutical background
